The Executive Assistant will support the Executive Director and leadership team by managing administrative tasks and special projects to facilitate the organization's mission.
Responsibilities
- Work with Executive Director to help manage Social Media, Website, Research and Promotion
- Prepare detailed reports. Research partnerships opportunities. Support Marketing & Communications
- Support communication between internal teams, community partners, and funders
- Assist with email correspondence, document preparation, and digital organization
- Coordinate outreach events, online meetings, and community presentations
- Serve as an ambassador for the CommonGood mission, helping amplify our impact story
Skills
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Proficiency with Google Workspace, Zoom, and online project tools
- Passion for social impact, community empowerment, and cooperative models
- Nonprofit or startup experience is a plus
- College students and recent graduates are highly encouraged to apply
