Job Overview In this fulfilling role, you will be responsible for: Conducting comprehensive assessments to identify mental health conditions and developing personalized treatment plans Delivering therapeutic services to individuals, couples, and families, adapting methodologies to meet client-specific needs and preferences Maintaining meticulous and current client documentation in accordance with HIPAA regulations and our practice protocols Collaborating with other healthcare professionals, including psychiatrists, psychologists, and social workers, to ensure comprehensive care for clients Adhering to professional and ethical standards established by the APA or NASW, as applicable to your licensure Required Skills and Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need: Strong diagnostic and assessment capabilities, with experience working with diverse populations Proficiency in evidence-based therapeutic techniques such as CBT, DBT, EMDR, or ACT Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with a focus on establishing trust and rapport with clients Ability to work autonomously while also functioning effectively within a team environment A Master's or doctoral degree in clinical psychology, counseling psychology, social work, or a related field from an accredited institution Current licensure in good standing as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Psychologist (LP) in Arizona Career Growth Opportunities and Company Culture We are committed to supporting your professional development and providing a culture of inclusivity and teamwork.
