Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. PNC is a leading financial services institution, and they are seeking a Mortgage Home Lending Center Loan Officer. This role involves recommending loan solutions, managing customer relationships, and collaborating to complete mortgage transactions in a remote work environment.
Responsibilities
• Recommends loan solutions to existing firm's customers in accordance with lending guidelines and client requirements.
• Manages a portfolio of customer relationships. Seeks prospective opportunities to retain and/or develop new clients within a call center environment.
• Develops and prepares loan solutions and refers products and services. Reviews documentation to ensure compliance. Manages customer pipeline for efficiency.
• Collaborates with internal and external stakeholders to complete mortgage transactions.
• Collects and analyzes customer financial information for multifaceted and/or complex borrowers.
Skills
• Knowledgeable of the values and practices that align customer needs and satisfaction as primary considerations in all business decisions and able to leverage that information in creating customized customer solutions.
• Assessing and effectively managing all of the risks associated with their business objectives and activities to ensure they adhere to and support PNC's Enterprise Risk Management Framework.
• Successful candidates must demonstrate appropriate knowledge, skills, and abilities for a role.
• Roles at this level typically require a university / college degree with < 1 year of professional experience and/or successful completion of a formal development program.
• In lieu of a degree, a comparable combination of education, job specific certification(s), and experience (including military service) may be considered.
