As a Patient Financial Services Specialist I, you'll play a vital role in our call center, providing outstanding service to patients and resolving billing inquiries and disputes with professionalism and empathy. Job Summary: We're seeking a highly skilled and experienced Patient Financial Services Specialist to join our team. As a call center patient representative, you'll utilize your expertise in physician-based billing and medical insurance to deliver top-notch customer service, effectively resolving billing questions and collecting outstanding patient balances. Your excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, will enable you to diffuse difficult situations and ensure patient satisfaction.
