Key Responsibilities Serve as the primary point of contact for members, delivering exceptional support and service. Address a high volume of incoming calls with professionalism and efficiency. Assist members in navigating benefit inquiries, ID card requests, eligibility verifications, billing concerns, and payment processing. Maintain accurate records through data entry and updates to member profiles. Document interactions meticulously, ensuring compliance using dual-screen technology. Required Skills Strong dedication to customer service excellence. Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities. Proficiency in multitasking and managing various tasks effectively. Ability to utilize dual-screen technology efficiently. Strong problem-solving skills with a commitment to member satisfaction. Qualifications A minimum of 6 months of experience in a call center environment or 2+ years in customer service roles. Capability to pass the required assessment. Flexibility to work scheduled hours, including weekends. Experience in healthcare is advantageous, though not mandatory. Compensation And Benefits Compensation during training: $21.63/hr Post-training compensation: $22.66/hr Training period: 12 weeks with a variable schedule between Monday and Friday, 8:00 AM-4:30 PM MST and 11:30 AM-8:00 PM MST. Following training, a fixed schedule will be established with potential adjustments based on call volume, with advance notice provided. Availability for weekend shifts is essential; shifts may commence as early as 7:00 AM MST and conclude as late as 9:30 PM MST (Monday-Sunday). Two weekdays off will always be provided.
