They are seeking a Revenue Operations Specialist to support the design and execution of Deal Desk processes, manage CRM components, and analyze data to enhance internal operations and customer experience.
Responsibilities
- Support the design, documentation, and execution of consistent and repeatable Deal Desk processes
- Manage and maintain CRM components of the “Lead to Order” process, ensuring accuracy and alignment across revenue teams
- Facilitate deal vetting, documentation, and approval coordination with cross-functional stakeholders (engineering, finance, delivery, product)
- Ensure deals are accurately represented in the CRM for fulfillment, invoicing, forecasting, and reporting
- Champion consistent, high-quality CRM usage through data checks, training support, and user guidance
- Analyze customer and prospect data, surfacing trends and insights that improve internal operations and customer experience
- Partner with Marketing to track and report on campaign engagement, lead quality, conversion metrics, and funnel effectiveness
- Assist in designing scalable onboarding workflows that bridge Sales → Delivery → Customer Success
- Contribute to enablement materials, knowledge bases, internal wikis, and process documentation
- Help define and maintain KPIs for quoting, order processing, pipeline health, renewals, and customer success activities
- Support ad-hoc analytics, reporting, and workflow projects, including building processes where tools or automation are limited
- Implement operational enhancements and new system processes across Sales, CS, Delivery, Marketing, Finance, and Product
- Provide clear, accurate deal documentation and become a reliable partner across all teams involved in the deal lifecycle
- Drive best practices for deal hygiene, structured review checkpoints, and standard operating procedures
- Maintain strong data hygiene across renewals, subscriptions, contract terms, customer attributes, and revenue-related fields
- Build or refine reports and dashboards that increase visibility and support decision-making
- Identify and recommend automation opportunities to improve speed, accuracy, and scalability across revenue workflows
- Provide responsive, high-quality support for revenue teams on process questions, system issues, and deal-related inquiries
Skills
- You've supported Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Deal Desk, or a similar process-driven function
- You're comfortable working inside a CRM (Salesforce preferred), including updating objects, reviewing deal data, and supporting workflows or approvals
- You've partnered with cross-functional teams and understand how Sales, Marketing, Finance, Delivery, and Customer Success connect across the revenue lifecycle
- You've worked with quote-to-order processes or subscription models and understand how accuracy impacts billing, forecasting, and customer experience
- You've built or maintained reports, dashboards, or analyses that helped clarify trends, identify issues, or inform decisions
- You're familiar with contracts, terms, and the coordination required for non-standard deal approvals
- You have experience documenting processes, improving workflows, and maintaining clean, reliable data
- Experience with Salesforce CPQ, NetSuite, or subscription/renewal management tools
- Prior involvement in Deal Desk processes or supporting complex approvals
- Hands-on experience with data hygiene, data migration, or process automation efforts
- Exposure to revenue forecasting, pipeline analysis, or customer health metrics
- Familiarity with onboarding workflows or handoffs between Sales → Delivery → Customer Success
- Comfort creating internal-facing documentation, enablement materials, or knowledge base content
