Responsibilities
• Build pipeline through outbound and relationships
• Sell SEO as a revenue and growth investment, not a technical service
• Close recurring SEO retainers ($3K–$10K+ MRR)
• Work directly with the founder in a high-visibility IC role
Skills
• Have sold SEO, digital marketing, or growth retainers
• Have personally generated and closed deals
• Are comfortable owning pipeline (no inbound dependency)
• Prefer ownership and upside over guaranteed structure
