Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Trustpoint.One is collaborating with a global law firm in their search for an experienced Technology Agreements Attorney. The attorney will negotiate technology, outsourcing, and other complex commercial transactions, drafting the necessary agreements to support these transactions.
Responsibilities
• Assist the firm’s corporate technology, outsourcing & commercial transactions practice group to support a large corporate client
• Negotiate technology, outsourcing, and other complex commercial transactions
• Draft the agreements necessary to support those transactions
Skills
• JD or educational equivalent required
• 3 to 5 years of post-JD practicing experience at a large law firm and/or in-house legal department
• Must have current experience in technology and/or other complex commercial transactions, including a strong background in drafting and negotiating agreements
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills
• Licensed to practice law and a member in good standing in Massachusetts
• Experience in outsourcing transactions is a plus
