[Remote] The Head of Global RPO Product Development

ManpowerGroup Talent Solutions is seeking a Head of Global RPO Product Development to shape and present next-generation recruitment and business process outsourcing solutions. This role involves partnering with clients and stakeholders to design tailored solutions, ensuring that the product offerings deliver measurable value and ROI. Responsibilities • Function as a client-facing product and solution expert, partnering with sales teams during pursuits, RFP responses, and client workshops • Lead the design of customized RPO/BPO solutions, balancing innovation with operational feasibility and commercial competitiveness • Translate client requirements into standardized, scalable offerings that can be adapted across multiple accounts • Present product strategies and solution proposals to executive level stakeholders at client organizations • Partner with sales, operations, and technology teams to co-create business cases, pricing models, and delivery approaches • Stay ahead of market trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies to ensure our solutions are differentiated amongst competitors • Provide thought leadership in the outsourcing space, representing the company at industry events, client forums, and speaking engagements • Capture client insights and feedback to inform continuous enhancement of the product portfolio • Establish success metrics and ensure RPO solutions deliver ROI, efficiency, and client satisfaction • Will lead a global team of experienced product professionals • Role will prioritize the collaboration and synergies between the other functions to drive speed to revenue and market impact • Develop, inspire, lead and coach an efficient, consistently high performing and engaged team Skills • Bachelor's degree in business, HR, Operations, or related field; MBA preferred • 7+ years of experience in RPO, BPO, or professional services, with significant client-facing responsibilities • Proven ability to design, present, and win client solutions in competitive outsourcing environments • Strong understanding of RPO/BPO operating models, workforce technology, analytics, and process automation • Exceptional consulting, presentation, and storytelling skills with the ability to influence senior client stakeholders • Demonstrated track record of balancing custom client needs with scalable product design • Strong commercial acumen, including experience with pricing, proposals, and business case development • Collaborative leadership style with the ability to engage internal teams and external stakeholders effectively • 5-7 years' proven experience with product development for BUSINESS SERVICES • Deep RPO/BPO expertise with commercial acumen and consultative skills, acting as both an innovator and trusted advisor • Influencing product roadmap through real-world client insights while ensuring our solutions remain competitive, scalable, and aligned with market needs Company Overview • ManpowerGroup Talent Solutions offers RPO, TAPFIN-MSP, and Right Management to provide data-driven capabilities across the talent lifecycle.
