We are seeking an experienced Revit 2024 Designer to support ongoing residential and commercial projects across the United States. This is a part‑time, long‑term consulting opportunity with consistent workload for the right individual or team.
What We’re Looking For
• Proven experience producing high‑quality construction documents (CDs) in Revit 2024
• Strong understanding of U.S. building standards, codes, and typical detailing practices
• Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and communicate clearly with our project team
• Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy
• Familiarity with both residential and commercial project workflows
• Availability during PST hours (7 AM–6 PM) is a plus, but not required
About the Role
You will collaborate with our project managers and technical team to develop coordinated, permit‑ready drawing sets. Workload will vary by project, and compensation is negotiated per project based on experience and scope. We pay monthly and value long‑term relationships with reliable consultants.
