Communicates the position of the organization internally and to patients / families. Actively participates in performance improvement teams as assigned. Provides consultative, educational and resource services to the organization. Education Qualifications: Key Responsibilities: • Reviews details of risk/patient safety events, grievances, and other feedback events and helps facilitate necessary steps for resolution, education, and/or future process improvements • Conducts adverse event analysis, investigation, and reporting • Conducts Workplace Violence Investigations • Conducts Drug Diversion Audits and Investigations • Investigates and responds to Attorney General and 3rd Party Payor Insurance Complaints • Assists with Licensed Provider Board Complaints (MD, PA, NP) • Assists with Litigation Discovery, Subpoenas, Search Warrants, and Deposition Scheduling • Other duties as assigned Required Qualifications: • 3 years Registered Nurse experience preferably in an ambulatory or acute care setting • May be required to hold multiple state licensures, depending on work locations • High level of interpersonal and communication (oral and written) skills • High level of customer service skills to establish and enhance positive relationships with patients, co-workers, and others Preferred Qualifications: • Experience using electronic medical documentation systems or database systems Licensure/Certification Qualifications: Certification/Licensure Required: • Current license with the appropriate State Board of Nursing FTE: 1 Possible Remote/Hybrid Option: Hybrid Shift Rotation: Day Rotation (United States of America) Shift Start Time: 0800 Shift End Time: 1700 Weekends: No Holidays: No Call Obligation: No Union: Union Posting Deadline: Expected salary: Location: USA Job date: Fri, 01 Sep 2023 22:15:38 GMT Apply for the job now!
