The Sales Associate in Account Management will support Account Managers and Team Leads by analyzing business metrics, developing sales strategies, and coordinating customer events to enhance business growth.
Responsibilities
- Support the Financial Institutions (FI) Partnerships team in their everyday functions (account analysis and plans, executive briefs, key initiatives tracking, project management, planning of meetings/QBRs)
- Support Team Leads in formation and tracking of key strategic initiatives
- Analyze customers’ existing business through data analytics, competitive analysis and recommend opportunities for additional revenue
- Develop and report on sales pipeline leveraging all available resources in coordination with the product development and account management teams
- Develop long-term growth strategies to optimize mutual profitability across business lines
- Assist in coordination of customer events & functions (meeting coordination, customer events, etc.)
- Manage process around compliance, asset allocation, Franchise Management support, Salesforce.com maintenance and reporting
