Responsibilities
- 150+ outbound dials per day
- High daily activity across: Calls, Texts, Emails
- Consistent booking targets tied to performance
- Operate inside a structured, KPI-driven environment
Skills
- Proven experience in outbound sales or appointment setting is a plus, but we're open to candidates who have the right drive and willingness to learn
- A passion for personal development, coaching, or self-improvement
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Comfortable with high-volume dialing (150+ calls per day) and working in a target-driven environment
- Willingness to work on-site (4 days/week) in Scottsdale, AZ (Friday is a flex/work-from-home day)
