About Warrant
Warrant is an AI-powered marketing compliance platform built for regulated industries — financial services, insurance, and healthcare. We help marketing teams move faster without the compliance risk. We're early-stage, growing fast, and closing enterprise deals with some of the biggest names in fintech and insurance.
The Role
We're looking for a sharp, polished sales professional to own the front half of our sales process. You'll be the first live voice many of our prospects encounter, and your job is to make that count.
This is a part-time, flexible role — roughly 10 hours per week. You work when you're booked (discovery calls and demos) and when you're following up. No busy work, no set schedule beyond being available between 9am–6pm ET for calls.
What You'll Do
Run discovery calls and product demos with inbound and outbound prospects, qualify opportunities against our ICP (marketing and compliance leaders at regulated financial institutions, insurance companies, and healthcare organizations), handle objections and set up next steps, send timely, professional follow-up emails after every interaction, keep our CRM updated, and loop the CEO in on high-priority deals so he can close them.
Who You Are
You have 3+ years in a sales or business development role, ideally at a B2B SaaS company. You're comfortable talking to senior stakeholders — VPs, CMOs, CCOs — and you know how to run a conversation that qualifies without feeling like an interrogation. Bonus points if you've sold into financial services, insurance, or compliance-adjacent markets. You're a strong writer, a self-starter, and you don't need hand-holding to send a great follow-up.
Availability
Must be available for calls between 9am–6pm ET on weekdays. Calls are booked in advance — you'll never be on the hook to sit and wait.
Compensation
Hourly rate commensurate with experience, plus performance incentives tied to qualified pipeline and closed deals. This role has the potential to grow significantly as the company scales.
To Apply
Send a short note about your background and one example of a deal you qualified or moved forward that you're proud of. No resumes without a note will be reviewed.
