We are looking for an experienced SAP IT Project Lead to act as a key interface between Business and IT, driving global logistics ERP initiatives. This role focuses on improving efficiency, productivity, cost optimization, inventory management, and quality across supply chain operations.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead end-to-end SAP logistics projects (global implementation & optimization)
• Manage ERP processes across:
• Warehouse Management (WM)
• Materials Management (MM)
• Production Planning (PP)
• Sales & Distribution (SD)
• Coordinate between business stakeholders and IT teams
• Implement SAP logistics strategies with global teams
• Drive process improvement, KPI definition, and standardization
• Oversee system customization, training, and deployment
• Work on systems like:
• MRP (Material Resource Planning)
• MES (Manufacturing Execution Systems)
• CMMS (Maintenance Systems)
✅ Required Qualifications
• 8–13 years of relevant experience
• Minimum 5+ years in SAP Project Leadership
• Strong expertise in SAP modules:
• MM, WM, PP, SD (MUST HAVE)
• Proven experience in automotive manufacturing industry
• Experience managing global / international teams
• Strong knowledge of:
• ERP systems
• Supply chain & logistics processes
• Warehouse & material flow planning

• SAP HANA knowledge
• Experience with S/4HANA or advanced ERP systems
• Deep understanding of logistics and production workflows
