We operate as a digital compliance and risk management services company, helping small-to-medium trade and construction businesses meet safety and regulatory requirements so they can win and retain larger contracts.
In simple terms:
Large construction firms and property developers require subcontractors to meet specific health, safety, and risk management standards before they can work on site.
We help smaller contractors get compliant quickly and efficiently through structured digital systems, documentation, training, and advisory support.
We package this as productised services, supported by digital tools, automation, and recurring revenue models.
While our roots are in compliance consulting, we are intentionally evolving into a scalable digital services business, with:
Productised service tiers
Subscription-based support models
Digital onboarding systems
Process-driven delivery
A strong performance culture rooted in Agile
Our goal is to build a business that behaves more like a SaaS company than a traditional consulting firm.
What We’re Looking For
We are specifically seeking someone who has:
Built and scaled a Software as a Service (SaaS) company
OR served as a Founder, Co-Founder, or Chief Marketing Officer of a SaaS or digital services company
Successfully scaled revenue significantly (ideally into multi-million ARR territory)
Either exited, sold, or transitioned out after scaling
We are not looking for:
Generic business coaches
Life coaches
Early-stage startup mentors without real scaling experience
Consultants who have only advised but never built and scaled
We want someone who has actually done it.
Why North America?
We are particularly interested in coaches based in North America (USA or Canada).
Reason:
The SaaS and digital services ecosystem is more mature
Greater exposure to scalable systems, performance marketing, and exit-driven thinking
We want global thinking applied to our business
