• Use Scrum and Project Management disciplines to execute Customer Remediation Policy within the remediation process and workflow.
• 10+ years of Business Analysis, Project Requirements Development, Initiative Management, Agile/Scrum Experience, Project Management experience, or similar and applicable experience.
• 3+ years' experience in a financial services industry: data analytics consulting, technology and/or operations, compliance, risk management, process consulting or similar and applicable experience.
• 10+ years of overall work experience
• Can demonstrate knowledge and experience with logic based decision-making systems, risk management practices, or basic programming experience. Knowledge of data analytics practices, consulting and constructing data plans and waterfalls.
• Ability to work in US times 8a - 5p Monday through Friday EST. At times: must be flexible to work weekends, early mornings, and late evenings as dictated by project needs.
• Data Analytics Consulting background.
• Experience operating in a Scrum environment.
• Experience with Remediation and Issue management processes and procedures.
