Your daily duties include: - Customer Greeting & Interaction: Warmly welcome every guest in person, over the phone, and via virtual chat, tailoring your communication style to each individual’s needs. - Multi‑Channel Service Delivery: Navigate our POS, CRM, and inventory systems to ensure a seamless Five‑Star experience from arrival to checkout. - Service Vow Execution: Consistently uphold the core service vows—Preparedness, Welcoming, Meeting Needs, and Being There—for every interaction. - Conflict Resolution: Address questions, concerns, and complaints with confidence, escalating to leadership when appropriate. - Alterations Promotion: Partner with the Alterations team to explain the benefits of custom tailoring and personalize options for each client. - Store Standards Maintenance: Keep the boutique tidy, organized, and visually appealing, adhering to dress code and brand presentation guidelines. - Product Knowledge Delivery: Provide accurate, detailed information about dress styles, fabrics, accessories, and services. - Relationship Building: Foster long‑term customer loyalty through attentive follow‑ups and personalized service. - Inventory Management: Assist with order processing, receiving, and quality checks to maintain optimal stock levels. - Cash Wrap Operations: Accurately process transactions, apply discounts, and ensure each shopper feels celebrated. - Promotional Support: Execute sales promotions, help update visual merchandising, and support special events. - Team Collaboration: Share insights with colleagues, contribute ideas for service improvements, and assist with ad‑hoc duties as needed.
