Senior Art Director, Brand

Job Description: • Own the brand system and take it further • Complete the rollout of the refreshed brand across the .com, key marketing channels, and sales collateral • Evolve and maintain the brand design system to keep it usable, consistent, and alive • Set the visual standard for Bonusly’s output • Lead the creative development of Bizy's visual identity • Define and refine the mascot's visual language and personality expressions • Build a coherent visual world for Bizy that feels distinctly Bonusly • Execute at a high level while raising the creative bar for all around you • Art direct and produce campaign creative, landing pages, social content, event assets, sales decks, etc. • Review and elevate work from junior designers through direct creative direction • Partner with marketers to translate positioning into impactful visuals • Ensure brand coherence across marketing and product surfaces through collaboration with product designers • Provide a point of view on how AI tools can enhance creative work • Be a creative thought partner and help develop shared visual vocabulary across the team. Requirements: • 7+ years of design experience, with meaningful time in brand, art direction, or creative lead roles — ideally in B2B SaaS or tech • A portfolio that demonstrates both conceptual range and executional craft • Ability to show you've owned a brand system end-to-end • Experience with character design, mascot development, or brand illustration systems (or a strong, specific interest in this space) • Strong art direction skills to direct a visual designer, push back on subpar briefs, and maintain a creative vision • Deep fluency in Figma; comfortable in the Adobe suite; producing motion work yourself (After Effects, Lottie, etc.) • A background that includes both brand and product understanding • Familiarity with AI-assisted creative tools and a POV on their impact on creative roles • Experience designing for product-led marketing — landing pages, activation emails, in-product moments • Capability to work fast without sacrificing quality. • Strong communication instincts to explain creative decisions and advocate for quality without being precious • Experience in a high-growth startup where you've built something new • Interest in or experience with HR tech and the future of work.
