What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Collaborate with business leaders to identify automation opportunities and deliver educational support for effective ideation
- Facilitate the design of proof of concept projects, ensuring alignment on problem statements and success measures
- Translate proof of concepts into scalable implementations, considering both technical and people-related change impacts
- Work with portfolio teams and HR to ensure business case value is captured in relevant systems
- Support various duties as assigned or requested
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in management consulting or strategy
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in orchestrating and leading change management plans and interventions
- Bachelor’s degree in business, information technology, computer science, data science, or a related field, or equivalent experience
- Strong understanding of AI technologies and the ability to identify opportunities for implementation
- Proven experience in managing AI projects from inception to deployment, including planning and risk management
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 2 years of experience in digital transformation at scale
- Master’s degree in business, information technology, computer science, or a related field
- Certified change management practitioner
