**Overview:** Wayfair is seeking a Brand Partnerships Senior Associate (B2B) to support and scale high-impact paid partnerships and lead execution of our Tastemaker Program, Wayfair Professional's affiliate-based partnership initiative. **Responsibilities:** • Lead end-to-end execution of paid B2B brand partnerships and the Tastemaker affiliate program - from sourcing and negotiation through activation, reporting, and renewal • Recruit, onboard, and scale high-performing partners within priority professional segments (interior designers, trade professionals, hospitality, commercial office, healthcare, education, property managers, and more) • Drive measurable impact across new Wayfair Professional customer acquisition, repeat revenue, vertical growth, revenue efficiency, and margin performance • Manage partner relationships and day-to-day communications to ensure campaigns launch on time, on brand, within budget, and aligned to contractual obligations • Oversee campaign timelines, deliverables, asset approvals, usage rights, invoices, and performance tracking • Collaborate cross-functionally with Media, Creative, PR, Commercial, and Analytics teams to integrate partnerships into broader marketing initiatives • Monitor performance metrics, develop reporting dashboards and recaps, and surface insights and optimization recommendations to senior leadership • Identify and scale new partnership opportunities aligned to business priorities and emerging B2B verticals • *Qualifications:** • 3-5 years of experience in brand partnerships, affiliate marketing, sponsorships, or agency account management • Direct experience working in the affiliate space (brand or agency side required) • Strong understanding of paid partnership structures, performance tracking, and contract terms • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously • Data-driven mindset with comfort analyzing performance metrics and optimizing campaigns • Experience working cross-functionally in a fast-paced, matrixed environment • Clear, professional communication skills (written and verbal) • Ability to problem-solve, stay flexible, and adapt as business needs evolve • Experience supporting negotiation of paid partnerships or affiliate contracts • The ability to travel ~15% of the time • *Benefits:** • Full health benefits available (Medical, Dental, Vision, HSA/FSA) on day one for eligible employees • No-cost access to 2nd.MD, a virtual expert medical consultation and navigation service • Global Traveler Health Insurance through GeoBlue • 24/7 access to mental, financial, physical and emotional wellbeing support, plus an enhanced offering of therapy and coaching • Automatic enrollment into Basic Life and Accidental Death & Disability Insurance • 401(k) matching with immediate vesting • Paid Parental Leave, Surrogacy & Adoption Reimbursement and Caregiver Services • Tuition Reimbursement • Wayfair Employee Discount • Gym/Fitness Discounts (Wellhub and varying regional memberships) • Exclusive access to thousands of perks & discounts through BenefitHub • Yearly match up to $500 for personal donations made by employees to registered 501(c)(3) nonprofits
