C & K Healthcare Advisors is expanding nationwide and seeking driven, professional, and entrepreneurial individuals to join our team as Senior Benefits Consultants.
This is not a traditional sales position.
This is a consultative advisory role where you will guide individuals, families, and business owners through critical financial protection decisions—helping them navigate options in Medicare, Life Insurance, Retirement Planning, and Supplemental Health Benefits.

What You’ll Do
• Conduct virtual and phone consultations with pre-qualified prospects
• Educate clients on available coverage options and financial protection strategies
• Design customized solutions based on each client’s needs, goals, and budget
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships
• Manage and grow your own book of business
• Leverage company-provided tools, systems, and support to streamline production
• Participate in ongoing training, mentorship, and professional development

Compensation Details
This is a 1099 independent contractor position. Compensation is commission-based, with performance incentives and bonuses. Income ranges are based on production and are not guaranteed.
