Utilize expertise in healthcare and technology to effectively communicate complex information to various stakeholders. Support the organization's mission to provide the best possible care to patients by effectively communicating updates and advancements in clinical systems. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather information and ensure accurate and timely communication. Create and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including healthcare professionals, patients, and leadership, to understand their communication needs and preferences. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and advancements in healthcare technology to inform communication strategies. Write and edit communication materials, including press releases, blog posts, social media content, and internal communications. Manage crisis communication as needed, ensuring timely and accurate messaging. Monitor and measure the effectiveness of communication strategies and make recommendations for improvement.
