Senior Compensation Analyst – Total Rewards

Job Description: • Serve as a strategic partner in the design, implementation, and governance of Nemours Children’s Health compensation programs. • Provide advanced analytics, market insights, and consultative support to ensure competitive, equitable, and compliant pay practices. • Lead complex projects such as pay equity reviews, incentive plan modeling, and job architecture initiatives. • Advise HR leadership and business partners on compensation strategy. • Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and internal governance standards. • Maintain audit-ready documentation for all compensation processes. • Conduct advanced modeling and scenario analysis to support organizational decision-making. • Present findings and recommendations to leadership in clear, actionable formats.
