About the Role and TeamAs the Senior Lead - MarTech at Zepz, you will be the strategic architect of our global marketing engine. You will lead the vision for the infrastructure that powers personalized, real-time communication for millions of users worldwide across our WorldRemit and Sendwave brands and ensure we have a market leading ad tech infrastructure to power our growth and performance marketing team.
We are looking for a leader who bridges the gap between high-level marketing strategy and technical delivery. You aren't just managing tools; you are building a scalable ecosystem that leverages data and tooling as a competitive advantage, ensuring our lifecycle marketing is global, measured, compliant, and hyper-personalized.
What You Bring to the Table- Strategic Leadership: 8+ years of experience in martech, with a proven track record of designing and scaling global tech stacks.
- Platform Mastery: Expert-level knowledge of adtech, engagement and measurement tooling and how they integrate into a wider ecosystem.
- Data Orchestration: understanding of data schema and integration into the martech stack
- Stakeholder Management: Experience acting as the translator between Marketing, Data Engineering, and Product teams to align technical roadmaps with business KPIs
- Operational Excellence: A "systems-thinking" approach—you design processes that eliminate manual work and ensure 100% reliability of anything business critical
- Regulatory Fluency: Experience navigating the complexities of marketing in a regulated Fintech environment
What You Will Focus On- Stack Strategy & Architecture: Own the long-term roadmap for our MarTech stack, ensuring our integrations (Braze, appsflyer, CAPI etc.) are future-proof and cost-effective.
- Data Governance: Lead the strategy for data flow across the stack. You will oversee how we use Webhooks, Liquid logic, and CDPs to drive deep personalisation at scale.
- Process Optimisation: Audit and refine internal workflows to bridge gaps between third-party tools, ensuring the CRM and Growth teams can launch experiments with zero friction.
- Experimentation Governance: Provide the framework for sophisticated A/B testing and ensure robust event tracking is consistent across all brands.
- Deliverability & Global Compliance: Partner with Security and Legal to maintain gold-standard deliverability and ensure every touchpoint meets global privacy regulations.
- Performance Monitoring: Establish SLAs and monitoring frameworks for automated triggers to ensure critical communications
- Marketing measurement stack: ensure our tooling is up to date and help to orchestrate the right tagging and tracking infrastructure
- Adtech: Define and execute on a holistic AdTech strategy that bridges the gap between paid media and owned channels, ensuring a unified customer journey through the integration of DSPs, SSPs, and the broader MarTech ecosystem.
- Simplification: via agentic and a streamlined stack, ensuring our tooling speeds up end to end processes
