Job Description:
• Build, manage, and scale Microsoft Ads Search campaigns across 80+ U.S. markets.
• Develop advanced keyword strategies, including segmentation, expansion, and negative controls.
• Maintain scalable campaign structures organized by city, state, and service category.
• Optimize daily for ROAS, CPL, CPA, quality score, conversion rate, and call-driven KPIs.
• Write and test high-performing ad copy and extensions.
• Implement accurate conversion tracking, attribution frameworks, and UTM structures.
• Run ongoing A/B tests across bidding strategies, ads, audiences, and landing pages.
• Monitor competitor activity and adjust strategy proactively.
• Generate weekly performance reports with insights and recommendations.
• Collaborate with our Google Ads Specialist for unified cross-platform strategy.
• Identify and leverage new Microsoft Ads features, tools, and targeting capabilities.
Requirements:
• 5–8+ years of direct, hands-on Microsoft Ads PPC experience.
• Proven success managing multi-market national campaigns.
• Demonstrated ability to increase lead volume while lowering CPL/CPA.
• Expertise in bidding strategies, geo-targeting, quality score optimization, audience layering, tracking & attribution.
• Proficiency with Excel/Sheets, analytics tools, and data interpretation.
• Strong English writing skills for ad copy.
• Ability to execute optimizations quickly and accurately.
