Failure to pass the drug/alcohol testing will result in immediate termination.    Category Stage Productions Basic Qualifications - Minimum five years professional experience in a Repair and Maintenance environment - Minimum trade school or equivalent diploma - Broadcast industry qualifications an advantage - Proven experience in the maintenance and operation of computer based control systems - Exposure to video–over-IP networks and IPTV an advantage. - Inventory management skills - Be at least 21 years of age - Be able to speak, read and write fluent English - Willingness to live and work onboard one of our vessels for a certain length of time (based on position) - Be able to work a seven-day, 70-84 hour week with limited time off - Be able to adhere to Disney Cruise Line appearance guidelines - Enjoy working in a high-volume, fast-paced, guest-service oriented environment - Be flexible with your work schedule, job duties and work locations - Appreciate diversity among guests and crew Business Disney Cruise Line Postal Code -- Responsibilities - Coordinate tech response to generated work orders for emergency repairs - Maintain Stock Control of Entertainment Technical spare parts with associated documentation in the AMOS database. Organize the collection of stores to the vessel - Partner with Senior Tech Shipwide, Senior Tech Broadcast, Senior Tech WDT and Automation Engineer for planned preventative maintenance shipwide as per AMOS - Maintenance of ship’s Broadcast Systems, Digital Signage, TV and video screens in guest and crew areas - Partner with the Senior Tech Broadcast, Senior Tech Shipwide, Senior Tech WDT and Automation Engineer to ensure meticulous maintenance of Entertainment Technical equipment including broadcast and ship wide control systems, LCD & DLP video projectors, TV screens and monitors. Support Automation Engineer with repair and maintenance of the shipboard Emergency Paging System - Manage the GP Technical Team consisting of GP Technicians WDT and Shipwide. Maintain personnel records, time keeping and discipline among the team and report to the Technical Production Manager - Schedule team in order to complete the daily, weekly, monthly and annual preventative maintenance requirements of the vessel - Partner with the Automation Engineer to ensure the accurate reporting in AMOS of work completed by the GP Technical Team - Partner with the Sr WDT to provide show coverage for WDT shows and rehearsals - Partner with the Sr Broadcast Technician to provide coverage of Cinema presentations Alternate Country / Region Shipboard Alternate City -- Alternate Postal Code --
