Job Description:
We are looking for a skilled Shopify Developer (SEO & Configuration Specialist) to join our team on a part-time, work-from-home basis. The ideal candidate will have experience configuring Shopify stores, optimizing SEO for e-commerce websites, and ensuring smooth store functionality. This role requires a strong understanding of Shopifys ecosystem, including themes, apps, and SEO best practices to enhance store performance and search rankings.
Key Responsibilities:
- Configure, customize and optimize Shopify stores to improve user experience and functionality.
- Implement SEO strategies, including keyword research, meta tags, structured data, and page speed optimization.
- Work on Shopify theme customization, liquid coding, and app integrations.
- Troubleshoot and resolve store issues, including navigation, product display, and checkout processes.
- Optimize Shopify site performance, ensuring fast loading speeds and mobile responsiveness.
- Conduct regular audits to identify SEO and configuration improvements.
- Stay up to date with Shopify updates, trends, and best practices to enhance e-commerce store performance.
- Setup marketing automation
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Shopify Developer or Shopify SEO Specialist.
- Strong knowledge of Shopify platform, including themes, liquid coding, and app integrations.
- Expertise in SEO best practices for e-commerce, including technical SEO, schema markup, and page optimization.
- Experience with Shopify analytics tools, Google Search Console, and Google Analytics.
- Familiarity with Shopify apps for SEO, speed optimization, and conversion tracking.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve Shopify-related technical issues.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Experience in working with JSON, JavaScript, CSS, and HTML is a plus.
