Location: Hybrid | Atlanta, GA (Tue–Thu Onsite) Compensation: $90,000–$180,000 depending on experience Eligibility: Must be an actively transitioning service member eligible for the DoD SkillBridge Program About the Role Our client, a Fortune 500 aviation company, is seeking Software Engineers to join a small innovation-focused engineering team responsible for building proof-of-concept (POC) applications and MVP products that test new capabilities for the organization. This team rapidly develops new digital tools, validates product ideas, and hands successful prototypes off to larger enterprise teams for scaling. Current projects range from customer experience messaging platforms to internal operational applications such as catering tools. You will join a team of two highly experienced senior engineers in a fast-moving, entrepreneurial environment where engineers have significant ownership and exposure to multiple initiatives across the organization. Two positions are available and candidates may specialize in frontend, backend, or full-stack development. Responsibilities •     Build proof-of-concept applications and MVP products •     Develop backend services and APIs •     Contribute to frontend interfaces for new digital tools •     Work closely with product leaders and engineers to iterate quickly •     Participate in architecture and technical design discussions •     Operate in an environment that requires comfort with ambiguity and rapid experimentation Technology Stack The team works across a modern cloud stack including: •     Java (backend services) •     Python (automation and scripting) •     Angular (frontend) •     SQL databases •     AWS •     NoSQL databases including DynamoDB Ideal Candidate •     Strong experience with several technologies from the stack above; knowledge of frontend, backend, OR full-stack development •     Desire to work in Atlanta, GA, at least in a hybrid capacity, post-transition •     Comfortable working in fast-moving environments with evolving requirements •     Interested in building products from concept to prototype •     Strong problem-solving ability and curiosity to learn •     Excited to work on an innovation team inside a large enterprise Eligibility Requirements •     Must be an actively transitioning service member •     Must be eligible for the DoD SkillBridge Program •     Must be able to complete the hybrid portion of the SkillBridge fellowship onsite in Atlanta, GA •     Open to candidates willing to relocate for the fellowship   Do not write a cover letter.
