About Tandem
Flexibility, Purpose & Support
Too often we are forced to choose only one: flexibility, purpose or support. But at Tandem we recognise the sweet spot lies where these elements come together to create an environment that helps you grow as a professional and keeps you engaged over the long term.
Design your own hours and use our flexible leave policy to take a day off whenever you want, without using up your annual leave. Engage in supervision that is directed towards your goals, rather than solely compliance or KPIs. Then settle in to one of our monthly whole team PD sessions, complete with home made lunch & afternoon tea.
Looking for purpose too? We see ourselves as health professionals first (and a business a distant second), and this guides every decision we make as a team.
"When I work with families, I think they can genuinely see Tandem aren't in it for the $$ and they really value that."
- Millie, Speech Pathologist
