The Field Recruiter is responsible for full life cycle recruiting for A&F Co.'s portfolio of brands, focusing on delivering high-quality management talent to stores while developing effective attraction strategies and providing an excellent candidate experience. Responsibilities - Manage full lifecycle recruiting for stores management roles from open role to onboarding - Develop new and innovative localized attraction strategies that drive the best talent to your supported markets - Partner closely with Regional & District Managers to understand the talent strategy in your market and proactively deliver talent to open and anticipated roles - Network and build relationships with future talent - Partner with Regional, District and Store managers to align on open roles and desired profiles - Provide a best-in-class candidate experience throughout the recruitment process - Summarize and present candidate feedback and hiring recommendations to District Managers - Leverage data and innovation to drive results, share industry knowledge and customer insights to fine-tune the process - Support Existing Stores & New Stores with continued training on Recruiting initiatives, tools, and processes - Spend time in stores weekly training the team on recruiting initiatives, tools and processes, conducting interviews and supporting a variety of other recruiting activities - Project manage and support ad hoc initiatives – employer branding, data & analytics, new store openings, etc - Required to travel in-market and beyond, up to 35% of the time, to attend local recruiting events, engage with key universities, provide training to supported markets, etc Skills - Bachelor's Degree or related experience - 1+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition or related experience - Proven success in driving a talent acquisition strategy for the specific market - Strong networking skills through both digital and in-person interactions - Proven talent evaluation and selection skills - Ability to develop a localized talent acquisition strategy, supporting the candidate journey end to end - Engaging personality with the ability to respond quickly and positively to change and ambiguity - A collaborative approach to working with cross-functional partners to achieve the vision of the brand - Successful track record in building and maintaining relationships - Proven ability to maintain a high volume of work with quality and speed - Extreme curiosity and desire to learn - Passion for recruitment technology and interest in driving future investments - Proven leadership experience and ability to thrive in team-based settings - Passion for retail and the Abercrombie & Fitch Co. family of brands - Strong presentation skills and the ability to communicate confidently to leadership - Strong orientation to quality, continuous improvement and customer service Benefits - Incentive bonus program - 401(K) savings plan with company match - Annual companywide review process - Flexible spending accounts - Medical, dental and vision insurance - Life and disability insurance - Associate assistance program - Paid parental and adoption leave - Access to fertility and adoption benefits through Carrot - Access to mental health and wellness app, Headspace - Paid Caregiver Leave - Mobile Stipend - Paid time off and one paid volunteer day per year, allowing you to give back to your community - Work from anywhere (Mondays and Fridays are “work from anywhere” days for most roles and six work from anywhere weeks per year) - Seven associate wellness half days per year - Merchandise discount on all of our brands - Opportunities for career advancement, we believe in promoting from within - Access to multiple Associate Resource Groups - Global team of people who will celebrate you for being YOU!
