- Support both internal users with system troubleshooting and issue resolution
- Document issue resolution processes and communicate standard operating procedures across team members
- Participate in workshops with multiple stakeholders from technology, business, and vendor teams, and then concisely document their outcome
- Communicate with software architects and developers utilizing technical background
- Perform other job-related duties with special projects as required
