Position Overview – Summer Student Customer Care Representative
Our Student Help program is a specially designed summer internship that provides current high‑school or undergraduate students with hands‑on experience in the insurance industry. Over the course of May through August, you will become an integral part of the arenaxflex Customer Care team, helping policyholders navigate billing inquiries while gaining valuable exposure to industry‑standard systems and professional communication practices.
Key Responsibilities
- Rapidly learn arenaxflex’s billing platform, policies, and procedural workflows to provide accurate, courteous support.
