Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Talent team across the full employee lifecycle, including organizing, filing and updating documents, and preparing meeting minutes as needed
- Assist in the implementation of talent initiatives by coordinating logistics, tracking progress, and ensuring timelines are met
- Help develop and disseminate internal communications regarding talent programs and initiatives, ensuring consistent messaging across the firm
- Monitor and maintain records related to talent initiatives, including engagement surveys and training programs, to support data-driven decision-making
- Support the planning and execution of training sessions, workshops, and employee engagement events, ensuring a smooth and positive experience for all participants
- Assist in gathering employee feedback on talent initiatives to inform continuous improvement and enhance the employee experience
- Stay informed about best practices and trends in talent management to contribute innovative ideas and support program enhancements

- Passion for fostering a positive workplace culture and supporting initiatives that enhance employee engagement
- Preferably 1-3 years of previous experience as part of an HR or people team in a professional services environment
