JOB DESCRIPTION Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or other licensed mental health professional to provide patient intake and ongoing counseling services. We focus on helping patients with depression, anxiety and related challenges-- especially in the context of helping them overcome or adapt to chronic pain, oncology, or obesity. WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR We are looking for a contract clinician (LCSW, LPC, LMFT) to see patients via telehealth technology on a self-selecting schedule-- make your own hours! Behavioral Counselors will benefit from seamless technology to remove all the administrative headaches, you can focus on providing your clinical expertise. The ideal team member will: • be a licensed provider in Oregon, Arkansas, Wisconsin, Michigan, Kansas or New York • have experience working in a medical setting, preferably with patients who suffer from chronic illness • be passionate about providing best-in-class clinical support to patients struggling with depression, anxiety, and related ailments • be very comfortable learning and utilizing technology REQUIREMENTS • Must meet education and licensing requirements to practice counseling independently (we are not able to accept associate applications at this time) • Must verify qualifications to apply for licensure in additional states • Must possess strong computer skills and comfort with technology KEY JOB FUNCTIONS • Utilize proprietary technology platform to manage a weekly schedule of appointments (providers may self-select their volume of availability) • Submit patient notes in a timely manner, assisted by our real-time note-taking and mail-merge functionality • Assist in the ongoing development of corporate intellectual property and clinical content SPECIAL BENEFITS • Flexible hours and remote working opportunities • Full-time positions, including healthcare and PTO benefits, may be available following an onboarding period of building patient referrals Job Types: Part-time, Contract Pay: From $45.00 per hour Benefits: • Flexible schedule Work Location: Remote Apply tot his job
