JOB PURPOSE:
- Achieve territory targets by growing the Out of Home customer base through acquiring new business & developing existing customers business. Increase product distribution across the territory through a planned approach whilst ensuring that accounts return an ROI through assets, discounts and promotions.
- Delivering territory sales targets and growth across the Out of Home and In-Home channels. Build and develop a profitable customer base through new business acquisition, strategic range distribution, and best-in-class execution. Ensuring all accounts return a sustainable ROI through disciplined investment in assets, promotions, and trade activity.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Achieve and deliver monthly targets
- Profitably develop current customer base sales targets
- Net customer base to be maintained and new business leads identified, recorded and visited.
- Sales Opportunity for all OOH brands to be maximised in each customer.
- Manage and maintain a new business pipeline to expand customer base
- Achievement of speed to market NPD and Core Range distribution targets
- Deliver perfect store merchandise excellence within territory to drive impulse purchase
- Negotiate best in class ROI agreements
- Partner with and manage Distributors in assigned territory
- Participate and comply in all approved company OH&S programs.
- Ensure all data is maintained and updated via CRM system
- Ability to lift up to 15kg (e.g. stock and freezer baskets) / regular merchandising responsibilities.
WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED:
- Self starter that takes accountability for their territory
- 1-2 years field sales experience
- Drive to deliver above and beyond set monthly targets
- Positive can-do attitude, motivation for continuous performance improvement
- Full driver’s license
SKILLS:
- Great communication & relationship management skills
- The ability to problem solve through fair negotiation
- Territory sales management
- CRM database fluency
- A love of ice cream !
