We're seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Technical Advisor to provide exceptional technical support to our customers and field service technicians. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in maximizing customer uptime, reducing service costs, and delivering outstanding customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide expert technical direction and resolution for fountain dispensers, vending, and coolers via phone, email, or other channels
- Offer support to field service technicians, process parts orders, and respond to general technical inquiries
- Work collaboratively to eliminate service calls and ensure seamless customer experiences
- Utilize your technical expertise to troubleshoot complex issues and provide effective solutions
- Provide 24/7 support, 365 days a year, to ensure our customers receive the assistance they need, whenever they need it
Requirements for Success:
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required
- At least 5+ years of experience in customer service or technical support
- Strong knowledge of equipment installation requirements, dispensing equipment installation principles, and customer communication software systems
- Advanced troubleshooting skills, with experience in Freestyle platforms and National Food Service customers (highly desirable)
- Basic to advanced computer skills, with the ability to work in a virtual environment
- Bilingual candidates (Spanish) are encouraged to apply
