About the Role: In this strategic leadership position, you'll have the opportunity to: Develop and implement industry-relevant solutions and offerings for the provider industry, focusing on patient engagement, physician experience transformation, and data analytics. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including finance, sales, and client executives, to drive business growth and identify new opportunities. Lead a team of up to 10 provider solution subject matter experts, providing guidance and expertise to drive solution development and sales strategy. Build partnerships with horizontal technology practices to develop industry-specific solutions and drive digital innovation. Develop go-to-market content, sales positioning strategies, and marketing materials to showcase our solutions and services. Requirements: To be successful in this role, you'll need: Minimum 12+ years of experience in the hospital provider domain in North America, with a strong understanding of care provider/health system infrastructure, systems, and technologies. Minimum 5 years of experience in translating business strategies into solution strategies and development cycles, with a focus on data-driven, patient-centric, and intelligent health system solutions. Minimum 5 years of experience in developing solutions in a matrixed organization, working with consulting, technology, and other domain SMEs across healthcare industry units. Bachelor's or master's degree in a medical field, computer science, math, or related fields. Preferred Qualifications: We're looking for candidates with: Self-directed and capable of working in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment. Strong technical leadership and expert consultative and communications skills. Significant enterprise expertise in developing and architecting solutions in a collaborative environment. Substantial demonstrated experience in health infrastructure, systems, and technologies, and modernization of existing legacy ecosystems. What We Offer: We offer a competitive salary range of $170,175 - $283,625, depending on location and experience.
