What You'll Do: Review child/adolescent psychiatry cases with our psychiatrist and develop personalized treatment plans Work closely with kids, teens, and their families to provide support and guidance as they progress towards their goals Collaborate with our multidisciplinary team, including care managers and mental health wellness coaches, to ensure comprehensive care Utilize analytics and data to inform your practice and drive results Conduct virtual tele-psychiatry sessions, both synchronously and asynchronously Who You Are: Board certified or board eligible Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) or an ARNP with Mental Health training Licensed in Indiana, with licensure in other states a plus Experience working in virtual office settings and familiarity with online web-based applications Strong reading and writing skills in English, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills A team player with a passion for whole-person, whole-family mental health care Our Commitment to You: We're dedicated to building an inclusive environment where you can thrive.
