Day-to-day as a Verizon Customer Representative, you’ll:
• Meet directly with customers to talk through Fios and Internet options
• Explain current promotions and service plans in a clear, simple way
• Help customers get set up, enrolled, and activated
• Generate new opportunities through outreach and referrals
• Track your progress, leads, and sales results
• Represent Verizon professionally in the community
