We are hiring a Verizon Wireless Associate to support Verizon’s mobile phone and wireless service campaigns. In this role, you’ll help customers explore smartphone options, compare wireless plans, and simplify the activation process while highlighting the value of Verizon’s reliable nationwide coverage. As a Verizon Wireless Associate, you’ll learn how to clearly explain mobile plan features, device upgrades, trade-in options, unlimited data offerings, hotspot capabilities, and 5G network benefits. You’ll assist customers in selecting the right devices and service plans based on their lifestyle, streaming habits, business needs, and family usage. Key Responsibilities of the Verizon Customer Team Member • Assist with the development and execution of mobile phone and wireless service campaigns aligned with Verizon standards. • Educate customers on Verizon’s smartphone lineup, 5G network advantages, unlimited plans, and device protection options. • Support customers through activations, upgrades, account changes, and trade-in processes. • Track customer interactions, enrollment activities, and performance metrics to improve engagement and conversions. • Attend daily training sessions to stay current on Verizon promotions, new device launches, compliance standards, and service updates. What We’re Looking For in a Verizon Customer Team Member • Strong communication skills with the ability to explain wireless plans, device features, and pricing in a clear, customer-friendly way. • Experience in customer service, retail, or sales is valued, especially in mobile, tech, or subscription-based environments. • Organized, proactive, and team-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities. • Comfortable using Microsoft Office, CRM systems, and digital tools to manage customer accounts, track performance, and ensure compliance accuracy.
