We specialize in custom wire harnesses and electromechanical assemblies serving electric vehicles, aerospace, defense, energy, medical, and computing markets. We are building a more scalable, data-driven, and operationally disciplined organization, strengthening systems, standardizing processes, and improving cross-functional execution while maintaining a hands-on, high-accountability culture. Role Summary The Senior Program Manager will operate as part of an emerging internal PMO capability, leading critical cross-functional initiatives across the business. This role is an individual contributor reporting to the COO and is responsible for driving execution, alignment, and visibility across a mix of internal operational projects and selected customer-facing programs. The role requires a structured operator who can bring clarity and discipline to complex initiatives, working effectively across engineering, operations, quality, supply chain, and commercial teams. Success in this role depends on the ability to influence at all levels of the organization and drive outcomes without direct authority. Scope of Role This role will support a broad range of initiatives, including: - Internal operational improvement projects - Systems and process implementations (ERP, data, workflow standardization) - Cross-functional business initiatives tied to growth and scalability - Selected customer-facing programs requiring structured coordination and execution Key Responsibilities Program & Project Execution - Lead cross-functional projects from initiation through execution and completion - Develop structured project plans including scope, milestones, owners, and timelines - Drive disciplined execution against plans, ensuring accountability across functions - Monitor progress, identify risks early, and implement mitigation actions Cross-Functional Coordination - Align engineering, operations, quality, supply chain, and commercial teams around shared objectives - Facilitate working sessions, decision forums, and regular project reviews - Resolve cross-functional conflicts and remove barriers to execution - Ensure clear ownership and follow-through on actions Operational Discipline & Visibility - Establish practical project management structure without adding unnecessary bureaucracy - Provide clear, concise status reporting to the COO and leadership team - Create visibility into progress, risks, and key decisions - Standardize basic project tracking and execution practices where needed Customer-Facing Program Support - Support selected customer programs requiring coordination across internal teams - Ensure alignment between customer expectations and internal execution capabilities - Track delivery commitments, risks, and escalations Continuous Improvement - Identify opportunities to improve execution, communication, and coordination across the business - Help introduce scalable project management practices that support growth - Capture and apply lessons learned across initiatives    What VEZA Offers - High-impact role working directly with the COO - Exposure to strategic and operational initiatives - Opportunity to help shape execution and scale the business - Collaborative, hands-on culture Requirements    Candidate Profile The ideal candidate is a structured, hands-on program manager who can operate effectively in a growing manufacturing environment where processes are still maturing. They are comfortable working across all levels of the organization and are able to drive alignment and results without relying on formal authority.
