They are seeking an AI/ML Model Development Analyst to design and develop AI applications that enhance risk management workflows using Python and machine learning techniques. Responsibilities - Design and develop Python-based AI applications, utilizing Natural Language Processing (NLP) pipelines, Large Language Models (LLMs), and other machine learning techniques, to support risk management workflows - Apply software-engineering techniques to build efficient, reliable, and maintainable solutions - Contribute to model and system-design decisions, ensuring the solutions are technically sound and appropriate for risk management use cases - Write clean, well-structured, and well-tested Python code - Follow standard development practices such as GitHub-based version control, code reviews, unit testing, and continuous integration - Deploy solutions to production environments, not just development or prototype settings - Collaborate with Firm Risk Management stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver AI solutions that meet their needs Skills - Graduate degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, Statistics, Physics, or a related quantitative discipline - Strong Python programming skills, including familiarity with Git-based versioning and collaborative coding workflows - Demonstrated interest in AI/ML concepts - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in both written and verbal English, with the ability to effectively communicate with technical and non-technical stakeholders - Strategic mindset with strong business acumen and creative problem-solving skills - Experience developing and deploying AI/ML or analytical solutions in production environments - Exposure to modern development best practices, including unit testing and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) - Familiarity with financial concepts, models, and products Benefits - Commission earnings - Incentive compensation - Discretionary bonuses - Other short and long-term incentive packages - Other Morgan Stanley sponsored benefit programs Company Overview - E*TRADE from Morgan Stanley is a pioneer in the online brokerage industry.
