Role Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented Remote Data Entry Associate to join our e-commerce operations team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining the integrity of our Amazon product catalog by accurately inputting and updating inventory data. This is a flexible, work-from-home position designed for individuals who are organized, tech-savvy, and looking for a stable part-time opportunity.
What You’ll Do (Responsibilities)
• Catalog Updates: Manually input product titles, descriptions, and technical specs into the Amazon Seller Central database.
• Price Monitoring: Update promotional pricing and discount codes during peak sales events (Prime Day, Black Friday, etc.).
• Inventory Tracking: Synchronize stock levels between warehouse reports and digital storefronts to prevent overselling.
• Data Verification: Audit existing listings to ensure all information complies with Amazon’s current branding guidelines.
• Support Coordination: Flag any listing errors or suppressed items to the senior account manager for quick resolution.
Requirements
• Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
• Technical Skills: Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets (sorting, filtering, and basic formulas).
• Typing Speed: Minimum of 40 WPM with a high degree of accuracy.
• Equipment: A reliable computer (Laptop or Desktop) and high-speed internet access.
• Communication: Ability to check in via Slack or Microsoft Teams for daily task assignments.
