**Key Responsibilities**
As a Digital Chat Representative, you will be responsible for:
* Providing premium service and building relationships with customers via phone, chat, email, and social media correspondence
* Assisting with order tracking, processing returns and refunds, warranty questions, and product questions
* Assisting customers with product information, website navigation, and general questions
* Handling multiple chats at a time, ensuring timely and effective resolution of customer inquiries
* Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and improve overall customer experience
**Essential Qualifications**
To succeed in this role, you will need:
* Digital chat experience handling multiple chats at a time
* Ability to pass a typing test with 55 WPM
* Reliable internet with 50 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload speed, with the ability to hardwire
* 1-2 previous managerial, supervisor, or team lead professional references
* Availability to work between 8am-7pm Central Time, Monday-Sunday (with 8-hour shifts, 5 days a week)
