Role Overview
As an Arrhythmia you will support Zio AT Services by delivering accurate, high-quality ECG analysis and cardiac diagnostic reports. This role emphasizes clinical precision, independent judgment, and deep rhythm expertise
, working closely with medical professionals to improve patient outcomes at scale.
This is a hybrid position with weekly in-office attendance and remote work. Candidates must live within 70 miles of the Deerfield, IL office (unless otherwise designated as hybrid).
How Your CCT Expertise Is Used
In this role, your CCT certification is central to the work you do every day. You will:
• Apply advanced cardiac rhythm interpretation skills
• Validate and quality-check ECG data before it reaches physicians
• Identify clinically significant arrhythmias with confidence and consistency
• Support diagnostic accuracy that directly influences patient care decisions
This is not an entry-level ECG review role — it is a clinical diagnostics position built for certified professionals

Key Responsibilities
• Review 90-second ECG rhythm strips and algorithm findings for clinical accuracy and completeness using iRhythm Transmissions tools
• Perform 100% quality assurance of cardiac reports provided to medical professionals
• Identify, document, and communicate critical cardiac findings clearly and accurately
• Collaborate with clinical team members to maintain high diagnostic and quality standards
• Contact patients as needed to obtain follow-up transmissions
• Maintain strict adherence to HIPAA, Good Clinical Practice, and internal quality metrics
• Continuously develop and refine rhythm interpretation expertise
• Participate in cross-training and production of additional cardiac diagnostic reports as needed
Qualifications
Required
• Active Certified Cardiographic Technician (CCT) certification (CCI)
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a cardiac monitoring, diagnostic, or clinical environment
Preferred
• Experience in ECG monitoring, telemetry, Holter analysis, or cardiac diagnostics
• Prior work in hospital, diagnostic lab, or cardiac monitoring services
• Comfort working in fast-paced, quality-driven clinical operations
