About the Role: Associate Manager, Clinical Health Services (Remote) We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Associate Manager, Clinical Health Services to lead the implementation of healthcare management services for assigned functional areas. As a full-time remote position, this role offers the opportunity to work independently while being part of a dynamic team dedicated to improving patient outcomes and experiences. Key Responsibilities: Implement clinical policies and procedures in accordance with relevant regulatory and licensure standards (e.g., NCQA, URAC, state and federal regulations, and mandates as appropriate). Serve as a subject matter expert and coach to the team regarding practice guidelines, quality of interventions, problem-solving, and critical thinking. Ensure implementation and monitoring of best practice approaches and innovations to better address the needs of patients across the continuum of care. May serve as a liaison with other key business areas. May develop/assist in the development and/or review of new training content. May collaborate/communicate inter- and intra-departmental instructional courses. Protect the confidentiality of patient information and adhere to company policies regarding confidentiality. Manage resources responsible for identification of patients, development and implementation of care plans, enhancement of clinical appropriateness, and quality of care, and monitoring, assessing, and documenting care. Evaluate and interpret data, identify areas for improvement, and focus on interventions to improve outcomes. Develop, initiate, evaluate, monitor, and communicate performance expectations. Ensure the team's understanding and utilization of information system capabilities and functionality. Participate in the recruitment and hiring process for staff involving clearly defined requirements regarding education, experience, technical, and performance skills. Assess developmental needs and collaborate with others to identify and implement action plans that support the development of high-performing teams. Establish a climate and work style that promotes a sense of teamwork, cross-product integration, and continuum of care that results in solid performance. Consistently demonstrate the ability to act as a change agent and lead change efforts. Foster a positive work environment by recognizing team contributions, seeking input, and offering individual support when needed. Responsible for maintaining compliance with policies and procedures and implements them at the employee level. Communicate effectively with Suppliers, Patients, Staff, and other Leaders (e.g., may provide support to the sales staff and account staff via on-site client visits as well as presentations). Requirements: Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., healthcare, social work). 3 years of experience in a clinical subject matter. Active and unrestricted RN or LCSW licensure in the state of residence. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with managed care. Proficiency in working remotely, utilizing tools to virtually collaborate and interface with teams. Graduate degree in a related field (e.g., Master's in Social Work); or Registered Nurse (BSN preferred).
