We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Automation Service Specialist to join our team in a fully remote capacity. Position Overview As an Automation Service Specialist, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining automated processes that enhance operational performance. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify automation opportunities, streamline workflows, and ensure seamless system integration. This role requires a strong blend of technical expertise, problem-solving skills, and the ability to translate business needs into effective automation solutions. Key Responsibilities Automation Development & Implementation Design, develop, and deploy automation workflows to improve efficiency and reduce manual processes Configure and manage automation tools such as RPA platforms, workflow engines, and integration tools Build scalable solutions that support business growth and operational consistency System Integration & Optimization Integrate automation solutions with existing systems (CRM, ERP, cloud platforms, APIs) Monitor automation performance and implement continuous improvements Troubleshoot and resolve automation-related issues to ensure minimal downtime Process Analysis & Improvement Work closely with stakeholders to identify automation opportunities across departments Analyze current workflows and recommend process improvements Document automation processes, SOPs, and system configurations Collaboration & Support Partner with IT, operations, and business teams to align automation initiatives with company goals Provide training and support to end-users on automation tools and processes Assist in change management efforts to ensure smooth adoption of new systems Compliance & Quality Assurance Ensure all automation solutions meet security, compliance, and data governance standards Conduct testing and validation before deployment Maintain documentation for audit and reporting purposes Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in automation, RPA, or systems integration Hands-on experience with automation tools such as UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism, or similar platforms Strong understanding of APIs, scripting (Python, PowerShell, or similar), and system integrations Experience working with enterprise systems such as CRM or ERP platforms Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills Ability to work independently in a remote environment and manage multiple priorities Eligibility Requirements Must reside in the United States Must have a valid U.S. work authorization (citizen, permanent resident, or valid work permit) Ability to work within U.S. business hours Preferred Qualifications Certification in RPA or automation tools (e.g., UiPath Certified Professional) Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Familiarity with Agile or Scrum methodologies Knowledge of data analytics or business intelligence tools Compensation & Benefits Flexible remote work environment Opportunity to work on innovative automation projects Professional development and certification support Collaborative and growth-focused team culture
