**Job Summary**
As a Product Manager for our Customer Service Innovation team, you'll be responsible for leading the development of our contact center stage, including new feature adoption, feature enhancements, data pipelines, APIs, and integrations with our internal tools. You'll work closely with our external partners and internal teams to deliver a seamless customer experience, while also driving business growth and innovation.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Provide product management leadership to our contact center stage, including new feature adoption, feature enhancements, data pipelines, APIs, and integrations with our internal tools.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, engineering, operations, and data science, to deliver a world-class customer experience.
* Work closely with our external partners and internal teams to ensure seamless integration and adoption of new features and technologies.
* Develop and execute a long-term strategy and roadmap for our contact center platform, aligned with business objectives and customer needs.
* Identify and prioritize opportunities for improvement, and drive initiatives to enhance customer satisfaction and business growth.
* Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including customers, support specialists, and internal teams, to ensure alignment and buy-in.
* Lead and manage the development of new features and technologies, ensuring timely and successful delivery.
**What We're Looking For**
* 3+ years of experience in product management for customer-facing or internal products.
* Ability to make tough decisions informed by data and judgment.
* Deep focus on delivering an exceptional customer and support specialist experience.
* Proven track record of executing projects that have quantifiably improved customer and support specialist experiences.
* Organizational leadership and influence without direct reports.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills: great presentations and introductions, ability to build trust and create collaborative relationships cross-functionally.
* Ability to inspire, persuade, and lead engineers and designers.
* Related experience working with CCaaS, CPaaS, UCaaS, and CRM products, whether external or in-house build.
* Related experience focusing on Customer Service.
* Experience working on global products is a plus.
