This remote role is specifically designed for senior professionals with 10+ years of experience in corporate, consulting, or leadership environments who are seeking a strategic career shift away from traditional corporate structures. We provide structured methodologies and proven frameworks to support individuals navigating career transitions, leadership evolution, and organizational strategy alignment. Key Responsibilities • Strategic Consultation: Conduct structured strategy conversations with professional clients using defined frameworks. • Career Positioning: Support high-level professionals in clarifying career direction and organizational alignment. • Process Execution: Execute established engagement and onboarding protocols for new clients. • Professional Standards: Maintain high-level documentation and uphold global professional standards. • Continuous Improvement: Participate in ongoing high-level mentorship and capability training. (Note: This role is focused on professional strategy and does not involve clinical therapy or financial advising.) Qualifications • Seniority: Minimum 10 years of professional experience in Corporate, Consulting, Leadership, or Business Ownership. • Strategic Insight: Proven experience navigating significant career or organizational transitions. • Communication: Exceptional relationship-building skills and executive-level communication. • Autonomy: Ability to manage a self-directed schedule in a fully remote environment. • Discretion: A high level of professionalism and commercial judgment. Work Structure & Compensation • Independence: This is a fully remote, independent contract role offering total schedule flexibility. • Results-Based Income: Compensation is performance-based and tied directly to client engagement and upfront profit margins. • Onboarding: Access to structured mentorship and globally tested business systems. • No traditional employment benefits: As an independent role, this does not include a base salary or corporate benefits.
